Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, process payments, and manage returns and promotional activity at the Front-End. Provide product information and maintain an inviting, organized checkout area in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will contribute to a best-in-class customer experience by leveraging store promotions, assisting with loyalty programs, and ensuring accurate transactions and friendly assistance at all times.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills as a frontline associate.
• Ability to handle cash, returns, exchanges, and gift cards with accuracy.
• Comfort with basic product questions and store information.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at the Front-End areas (Cashier and Club Desk) to deliver world-class service.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and promotions accurately and securely.
• Keep Front-End areas organized with premiere stock and visual presentation to drive sales.
• Stay informed on promotions and events to support merchandising and customer experience.
