Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and deliver world-class service at the Cashier Area and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions while maintaining front-end standards.
• Handle payments securely and ensure transactions follow SOPs.
• Answer basic product questions and direct Customers to store areas or team members as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and maintain a strong merchandising presence during promotion lifecycles.
• Provide feedback to management on operational and merchandising opportunities.
