Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide excellent guest service at the Providence/West Warwick property. You will assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in accordance with company procedures.

The role requires maintaining front desk operations, assisting with breakfast displays, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards throughout the lobby and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• English proficiency to interact with guests and vendors.
• Ability to work with shift reports, audits, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain front desk area, comply with safety and security procedures, and handle guest inquiries.
