Extended Stay America in West Warwick, RI is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle payments, and answer phones while upholding ESA standards for service and safety.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, maintaining front desk paperwork, and assisting with daily operations to ensure a clean, welcoming lobby and accurate guest records. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system and ability to audit shift reports.
• Understand and comply with safety and operating procedures and manuals.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Apply good judgment at all times.
• Resolve guest-related issues with diplomacy and care.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/check out and collect payment.
• Process reservations and registrations per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and daily office records.
• Handle cash, credit, and city ledger accounts securely.
• Set up and oversee breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Keep lobby and back desk areas organized and clean.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
