Job summary

Extended Stay America in Providence is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments following company guidelines. You will balance cash and assist with front desk paperwork while maintaining safety standards and a courteous environment.

The role also involves promoting ESA services, handling reservations, and seeking sales opportunities to maximize occupancy. Prior hospitality experience is valued; weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Strong cash handling and balance maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones and check guests in/out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Promote hotel services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Maintain front desk, lobby and common areas in a clean, organized state.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
