Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Hilton PEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify cards.
• Register guests with necessary information (contact details and dates).
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Confirm group reservations and arrange VIP services for attendees.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain records of bookings and payments.
