Job summary

Embassy Suites Philadelphia - Airport is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly check guests in and out, assist with pre-registration, and support reservations. You will learn the front desk system and handle daily transactions accurately.

The role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and flexibility for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help deliver great experiences for our guests and be part of a collaborative hotel team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly checking them in and out.
• Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary.
• Know how to post charges accurately.
• Have complete working knowledge of Front Office computer or manual system, including all daily transactions.
• Accurately manage cash handling, including receiving cash, checks and credit card information from guests for payment of hotel charges and making change correctly.
• Review any reservations with special requests and work to block rooms accordingly.
