You will be the first point of contact and represent the brand to guests during shifts. The position requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and prior hotel or retail customer service experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems is preferred.
• Certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS may be required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain security of guest information.
• Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and information updates; upsell rooms when possible.
• Support front desk operations and coordinate with shifts and management.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service laws and policies.
