Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete standard front desk check-in procedures daily.

• Maintain customer relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.
• Assist other staff and departments as needed by management.
• Support hotel operations to contribute to overall performance.
