Job summary

Hilton Rosemont is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, register and check them in, verify reservations and payment details, and promote the hotel’s loyalty program. You will handle checkout, manage a house bank, and maintain accurate daily receipts while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
• Must have excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Register guests into the computer and verify reservations, address, and payment information.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and promote the hotel’s rewards program.
• Handle payments at registration and checkout; manage house bank and daily receipts.
• Ensure accurate reporting and maintain necessary front desk records and communications.
