Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of hotel experience or retail customer service preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Experience with front desk systems and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions according to procedures.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Maintain the security of guest information and transactions.
• Coordinate reservations and assist with changes or cancellations.
• Follow Sonesta service standards and collaborate with shifts.
