Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service at our West Lafayette property. You will welcome guests, process registrations, and provide information on rooms, rates, and local attractions.

Upsell services to enhance guest experience and hotel revenue while adhering to brand standards. The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle payments securely.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Six months related experience in hospitality or customer service
• Must be able to work in a team environment and deliver excellent guest service

Aufgaben

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and local amenities.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining brand standards.
• Maintain cash handling and payment processing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve problems in a professional manner.
