Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• No prior hospitality experience required, on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests at check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations and ensure smooth arrival/departure experience.
• Follow cash handling and hotel procedures accurately.
• Learn hotel staff, services, rates and local amenities to assist guests.
• Assist in maintaining lobby cleanliness and security of guest information.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
