Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Experience as a front desk agent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and assist with inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel services, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Handle registration/check-in and checkout processes accurately in the property management system.
• Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
• Process payments, verify IDs, and balance cash at the end of shifts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain security and privacy of guest information and keys.
