Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant to be the face of our property. This role involves front desk duties, guest services, and coordinating daily operations to ensure a superior guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a friendly, proactive approach. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsabilités

• Front Office Operations: Reservations, renewals, check-outs, check-ins; review front office paperwork and reports.
• Guest Services: Meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, close sales, fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels; keep laundry area clean and organized.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock and distribute supplies.
