Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Guest Attendant who will be the face of our property and the first contact for guests. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service in a visible front office setting.

Duties include reservations, check-ins/outs, guest requests, basic laundry and cleaning tasks, and assisting with in-house sales and marketing efforts. We offer flexible pay options, benefits for full-time employees, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs, and related reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold linens and towels; keep laundry area organized.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas; stock cleaning supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures and security needs.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
