Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Tampa to assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer phones, and process payments in line with company guidelines. The role includes maintaining front desk operations, handling guest requests, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.

The GSR will promote ESA's service culture, drive reservations, and contribute to a clean, organized lobby and common areas, with attention to brand standards and daily paperwork.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient operation of property management system software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests including check-in/check-out and payments.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right program while upholding ESA culture.
• Maintain front desk area and safety/compliance procedures.
