Strong English communication, cash handling, and problem-solving skills are essential. You will also assist with breakfast setup and adhere to safety procedures across the property.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to assist guests and handle payments per policy.
• Must communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Experience with front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out guests.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Follow safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
