• Understand and communicate in English proficiently with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Operate property management system and perform shift reports and audits as needed.
• Follow safety, operating, and maintenance documents; complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and collect payments.
• Process reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information and billing.
• Maintain front desk area, breakfast setup, and common areas in accordance with standards.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA Make it Right process and uphold service culture.
