Job summary

Extended Stay America in Florida is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and handle payments in line with company procedures. You will complete front desk paperwork and uphold safety standards to ensure a welcoming, clean hotel environment.

You will promote ESA services, engage with guests, and convert inquiries into reservations, while maintaining accurate records and providing a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Use basic math for cash handling and balancing.
