Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. Daily tasks include front desk paperwork and ensuring safety procedures are followed for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests.
• Assists and responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process while upholding ESA's service culture and respect.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures per guidelines.
• Manage cash, credit cards, and city ledger balances at the property.
• Setup, maintain, and takedown of breakfast display in a timely manner.
• Keep front desk, lobby and guest areas organized and clean per standards.
• Promote ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations and occupied rooms.
• Collect relevant guest information per guidelines, identify sales leads and opportunities.
• Periodic property tours to ensure brand standards are met.
• Provide reasonable accommodation to guest requests when possible and practical
• Comply with all company policies including key control and safety reporting.
