Job summary

Hampton Inn by Hilton Park Row I-10 in Houston seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with accuracy.

You will respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone, share information about hotel services and local attractions, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Daily duties include processing payments and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with front desk operations including check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Familiarity with reservations processes and guest requests.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with hotel management software.
