Job summary

Hampton Inn / Homewood Suites Houston Downtown seeks a Front Desk Clerk/Guest Service Agent to greet guests, handle check-in/check-out, and manage phones, reservations, and concierge services. You will communicate hotel features, assist with VIP requests, and ensure accurate cashiering procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of front desk experience; preferably with brand experience.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service.
• Review arrivals noting special requests and blocking rooms as necessary for VIP and group arrivals.
• Adhere to all cashiering procedures and balance shift banks.
• Provide Concierge service with knowledge of local restaurants, events, and attractions.
