You will maintain front desk operations, assist with daily paperwork, and ensure safety and security standards are followed to deliver a consistent guest experience. Strong communication, accuracy in cash handling, and a service-first attitude are essential in this role at our Evansville property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to communicate in English and interact with guests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones, check-in/check-out guests, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Promote ESA service culture and maintain front desk paperwork and safety procedures.
