NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and Navy Lodge properties in Honolulu, Hawaii. Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Study completed in college/university above high school level may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out.
• Greets and welcomes guests, maintains outstanding guest relations.
• Communicates with staff on guest issues requiring attention.
• Performs PMS-based tasks, reconciles transactions and prepares reports.
• Ensures lobby and front desk areas are clean and secure.
