Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Education may substitute for experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact, handle guest inquiries and reservations.
• Check-in/check-out, collect payments, issue receipts, and verify guest identity.
• Operate front desk systems and multi-line phone system; relay messages.
• Balance cash drawers, prepare reports, and maintain lobby and safety.
• Assist with breakfast setup, housekeeping support, and occasional travel to other properties.
