Qualifications

• One year of general office or clerical experience.
• Ability to greet guests professionally and provide information.
• Familiarity with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions about lodging and local attractions.
• Assist with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and safety of guests.
• Use the PMS to access reservations and update guest records.
• Respond to guest issues and coordinate with staff as needed.
