Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Substitution: college coursework may substitute for experience (1/2 year for 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, payments, and check-in/out procedures.
• Greet guests and maintain outstanding guest relations.
• Use PMS to access and modify reservations and guest accounts.
