Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, seeks a Guest Service Representative I (Flex) for Navy Inn/Navy Lodge properties. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-ins, payments, and inquiries while ensuring a welcoming, secure environment.

Responsibilities include reservations processing, front desk operations, and coordinating with staff to resolve guest issues.

Qualifications

• ONE year of general office clerical experience.
• Progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Substitution of education for experience may be allowed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with room reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out.
• Greet guests and maintain outstanding guest relations.
• Communicate with staff about operations and guest issues.
• Process reservations and provide alternatives when rooms are unavailable.
• Register rooms, issue keys, and manage guest accounts.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and assist guests with directions.
• Maintain front desk area, keys inventory, and guest safety.
