You will process payments, answer calls and emails promptly, manage reservations, and maintain an organized front desk area.

This is a part-time role with comprehensive benefits. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong guest service skills; proficiency with computers

• Phone and email communication; respond promptly.
• Reservation management and data entry.
• Guest services: address requests and resolve issues.

• Security: monitor access and issue visitor passes.
• Cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Multi-tasking across guests, calls, inquiries, and admin.
• Collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
