Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and provide information on local attractions and hotel services.

You'll handle guest requests, process payments, uphold service standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure a memorable stay. Prior guest services experience is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year guest service experience in hotel/hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System (Opera) preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greets and registers guests in a friendly, professional manner and assists with check-in/check-out.
• Obtains payment information and processes charges accurately.
• Provides information about rooms, amenities, and hotel facilities; promotes local attractions.
• Handles guest requests and inquiries with professionalism; communicates with departments as needed.
• Maintains lobby and front desk area appearance and organization.
