Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent to welcome guests from arrival through departure, handling check-ins, room assignments, and payment verification while promoting hotel services.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of guest service experience and be comfortable using Opera PMS. The role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service experience in hotel hospitality.
• Experience with Property Management System is preferred (Opera).

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms based on guest preferences and requests.
• Obtain and verify payment information per hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor lobby and front desk appearance and cleanliness.
• Handle emergencies professionally and safely.
