This fast-paced role requires strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork to deliver memorable guest experiences and maintain the lobby’s polished appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms meeting guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information per hotel policies.
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of events, groups and banquet orders.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor cleanliness and appearance of front desk and lobby area.
