Qualifikationen

• Prior hospitality or restaurant hosting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the hotel's reservation system.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Communicate estimated wait times and accommodate seating requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Answer calls and assist with hours, menus, and reservations.
• Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating plans as needed.
• Assist with guest recovery and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Follow hotel policies to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Maintain regular attendance per company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
