Holiday-Inn is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the first and last impression for guests at our property in Georgia. You will manage check-in/check-out, front desk operations, and market sales while delivering friendly, personalized service.

You will promote the brand loyalty program, handle cash, maintain records, and assist guests with information about facilities and local attractions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficient in English; multilingual abilities helpful in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
