Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown. You’ll greet guests, check them in and out, answer questions, and ensure a smooth, welcoming stay in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You’ll work with hotel software, coordinate with team, handle guest requests, and promote the property’s services. A high school diploma and customer-service mindset are expected; experience in hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional guest service during check-in/check-out and throughout the stay.
