Job summary

Brandt Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Atlanta, GA. This role is the first and last impression for guests, handling check-in/out, front desk operations and market sales while delivering outstanding service.

You will greet guests, manage reservations, handle payments, and promote loyalty programs. The position requires excellent English skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures, guest services and hotel services.
• Proficiently speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language; multilingual ability helpful in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly, personable manner.
• Book hotel reservations and register guests with accurate information.
• Handle guest payments and process transactions at the front desk.
• Answer calls, route messages, and manage guest requests efficiently.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and recognize members.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, appropriate service.
• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain cash drawer contents and accurate records of transactions.
• Keep registration cards, reservation records, and property walks up to date.
• Process market and retail transactions for guests.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain market inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity.
