Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests and assign rooms.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs professionally.
• Post room charges using PMS and collect payments.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local info.
• Balance cash, checks and other departments at shift end.
• Promote repeat business by offering future reservations at checkout.
