Embassy Suites Kapolei is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out processes. You will help register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and handle payments while maintaining a polished, friendly image across all guest touchpoints.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive service mindset in a fast-paced hotel environment on the island of Oahu.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk operations, or a related field; similar experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and process payments.
• Accommodate special requests to create a personalized guest experience.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking when needed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Follow cash handling, credit, and check-cashing policies.
• Complete front desk checklists and daily responsibilities accurately.
• Audit group guest accounts to ensure charges align with contracts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Demonstrate hospitality standards during guest interactions.
• Drive the hotel shuttle when required.
