Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Bloomington/Minneapolis is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle efficient check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and ensure their first impression is comfortable and memorable.

In this role, you will report to the Front Office Manager, assist with reservations and guest services, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, and help create a seamless hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and handle reservations.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Be the friendly and attentive face of the hotel for guests.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
