Hampton Inn & Suites in Memphis, TN is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to manage check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries. You will promote local dining and activities, assist guests to ensure a memorable stay, and occasionally support other departments.

Flexibility with shifts is expected, along with a professional, outgoing personality and strong computer skills. Hospitalities training and customer service experience are a plus in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED plus customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Address guest inquiries and handle reservations and modifications.
• Recommend local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance stays.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor and protect guest privacy.
