Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis Beale Street, part of Crestline Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to deliver warm, professional service and memorable guest experiences in downtown Memphis.

The role involves assisting with check-in/out, handling calls, and fulfilling guest requests while maintaining knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions. Prior hospitality experience and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• One year experience in a similar hotel position preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out.
• Answer and process all phone calls and handle special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and input guest information into the system.
• Coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping as needed.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction and a positive stay.

Education

High School Graduate or GED

One year previous experience in a hotel
