Job summary

You will check guests in and out, manage bookings, acknowledge rewards members, upsell services, and respond to questions with local knowledge while upholding safety and brand standards.

Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is required; a high school diploma is required, and prior front desk or guest service experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out; issue keys and safety deposits.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests.
• Assist guests with local knowledge and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear gear as required.
• Maintain professional appearance as brand ambassador.
• Know daily events and assist with ad-hoc duties.
