Job summary

The role emphasizes problem-solving, flexibility for night/weekend shifts, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. A high school diploma is required, and prior front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills for guest interactions.
• Problem-solving to turn issues into memorable experiences.
• Literacy and basic math with comfort using computers.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1 year in front desk or guest service is preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Take and manage guest bookings, upsell opportunities, and stays.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in/out; manage IDs, keys, and safety boxes.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Serve as a trusted contact for guests and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
