Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services associate for the DoubleTree Alpharetta in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet guests, check them in and out, provide recommendations, and assist with directions and local attractions.

The role requires 3–12 months in a guest relations capacity, strong computer and cash-handling skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Join a team focused on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3–12 months in a related guest relations role with this or a similar company.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills; able to stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Handle guest registration and room assignments.
• Provide quotes for room rates and upsell guests when possible.
• Pre-register, block reservations and manage same-day or future bookings.
• Balance cash and credit card transactions; ensure accuracy of folios.
• Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with Housekeeping for room status.
