Valor Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Atlanta to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/out, and assist with reservations. You will provide room rate quotes, upsell where appropriate, and handle guest requests with accuracy and courtesy.

Strong cash handling and computer skills are required as you balance folios at shift end and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain room readiness and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Handle guest registration, room assignments, and check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide quotes for room rates and upsell guests.
• Attend to special requests and balance guest folios at shift end.
• Resolve guest inquiries and assist with directions, local attractions, and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
