Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and handle reservations.
• Provide room rate quotes and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions and hotel services.
• Pre-register and manage blocks and same-day or future reservations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk for smooth operations.
