Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the warm welcome that begins a memorable guest experience.
• Acknowledge rewards members and returning guests in person or by phone.
• Manage bookings, upsell services and inform guests about improving their stay.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
• Check guests in/out, verify IDs, issue room keys and manage safety deposits.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Be a trusted contact for guests and escalate to management when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Stay informed about daily events and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
