Job summary

HVMG seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with attentive service. You will address guest inquiries, providing information on hotel services and local attractions, while maintaining a professional demeanor to ensure a seamless stay.

As part of a culture centered on excellence, you will work under the Front Office leadership, with opportunities to progress into supervisory or management roles within the hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience required.
