HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional service at check-in and throughout their stay.

You will handle reservations, answer inquiries, coordinate with the Front Office team, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Hotel experience is a plus; strong English and a flexible schedule are important.

Qualificações

• Guest service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in and check-out guests.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
